BG RCI 2025 Award

Winning the BG RCI Award for the first time means a great deal to me, as it represents not only an achievement but also recognition of my effort and understanding of workplace safety. The poster I created uses simple text combined with clear icons to effectively communicate the idea behind the causes of accidents in the workplace. Instead of making the message overly alarming, the design is intentionally less scary so that it remains approachable and easy to understand, while still capturing attention through its clean and meaningful visuals. The slogan, “Workplace accidents are like a shadow that follows us,” reflects the idea that accidents can happen at any time if we are not careful. Many people who have experienced accidents often report that they continue to feel pain or lasting effects even after the incident, which emphasizes the importance of awareness and prevention. Overall, the poster aims to gently remind people to stay alert and prioritize safety, without using fear, but rather through clarity, simplicity, and thoughtful design that encourages people to pay attention.
